Shipping Options
In-Store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup for all purchases. Collection times are by appointment only – please contact us to arrange a suitable time slot.
Courier Delivery
We provide various shipping options, including deliveries fulfilled by third-party suppliers in some instances. Please get in touch to arrange shipping of your new custom furniture.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Courier delivery is available on selected items purchased directly via our online store. Please note, this offer does not apply to international orders.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery times provided are estimates and given in good faith. While we do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur. If this happens, we will notify you with an updated estimated delivery date.
EU & UK Consumers: Your statutory rights are not affected. Deliveries will be made within 30 days of order acceptance unless otherwise agreed.
International Shipping
We do not ship Worldwide and only ship to the UK.
