Description
Looking more like a suit of armour than a coffee table, this piece has a welded steel frame with a top made from reclaimed oak and teak inset into it. Building this was a labor of love and it really is as heavy as it looks.
The teak was part of a bridge in Wiltshire, the oak is from a West-Country reclamation yard.
It is unlikely that I would make another one of these, so this is almost certainly a one-off piece.
